Air Power Conference 2017 will be an invaluable opportunity to debate what the uncertainties of our geopolitical world mean for the application of air and space power in the 21st Century. On the one hand our globalised world is characterised by the rapid flows of ideas, data, people and capital, fuelling rapid technological innovation, but it also generates widespread domestic and international political instability. The theme – ‘21st Century Partnerships: Challenges and Opportunities’ – will examine how this affects how Air Forces will choose or need to fight in the future alongside their military, industrial and, increasingly novel, civilian partners. Over the two days delegates will be encouraged to actively participate in the debate both in person and via the Conference App. They will also enjoy the chance to continue the discussions outside the formal sessions with some of the foremost leaders of the Air Power community from the UK and abroad.
