Malcolm Brecht, Chairman
Officer
Commanding 99 Squadron, Department of Air Resources and Plans,
promotion to Group Captain in 2005 Commander Basrah Air Station.
Command of RAF Brize Norton, promoted to Air Commodore,
9½ months as Commander of Kandahar Airfield. In the
Cabinet-Office he lead the Defence Team before taking up his
current appointment as Air Commodore of the Air Staff. |

Wing
Commander Philip Lamb, Honorary Secretary
Philip
joined the RAF in 1989 in the Fighter Control branch. He was
recently promoted Wing Commander and attended Staff College before being
posted to Strategic Influence, within the Air Staff. He is responsible for political and industrial
engagement on behalf of the RAF. |

Robin Pick, Honorary Treasurer .
Robin has had a lifelong interest in aviation. He has a private pilot’s licence, and is a member of GAPAN.
Robin runs his own Accountancy firm. |

Clive Elliott, Honorary Events Secretary
Clive handles all of the Association arrangements for
lunches, visits and functions. He started Eventuality UK - a
corporate event management company - in 2000 after 10 years with
the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund. |

White, Honorary Membership Secretary.
.John was in the RAF for 38
years flying Hunters and Jaguars finishing his
flying career as OC No 16 Sqn. Operational tours ,
4
years at the Inspectorate of Flight Safety, MA to Deputy Chief
of Defence Staff (Systems) and thereafter at HQ No 1 Gp .
Retired in
2003. |
